Grace care guide
A simple, comfort-led guide to placing, fastening and adjusting your Grace Tummy Band.
Grace is supportive wear, not a medical treatment. Ask your midwife, doctor or pelvic-health professional when to begin—especially after a C-section, wound complication or pelvic-floor symptoms.
Start with light support for a short period. You may wear a thin cotton layer beneath Grace if that feels better against your skin.
Three simple steps
There is no perfect tightness or fixed schedule. Your comfort is the guide, and the fit can change throughout the day.
Wrap the main band around your middle so it sits smoothly from below the bust toward the top of the hips. Avoid direct pressure on a tender incision.
Secure the broad front closure, then bring the two support straps across evenly. Begin gently—the fit should feel held, never restrictive.
Breathe deeply, sit, stand and take a few steps. Loosen, reposition or remove Grace whenever your body asks for less support.
Your comfort comes first
Grace is adjustable because recovery is not static. Check in with your body each time you wear it.
Take a full breath without bracing against the band. If breathing feels restricted, loosen it.
Grace should move with your body through feeding, standing and short walks—not fight against it.
Check beneath the band regularly. Stop wearing it if you notice irritation, numbness or increased tenderness.
